Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Eligible Items
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items, provided they are returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered.

Restocking Fee
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This covers non-refundable payment processing fees, re-import taxes and administrative costs associated with international returns.

The restocking fee does not apply to items confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied.

Return Method
Returns must be sent back by post.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.

Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Return labels are not provided.

Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes or fees paid by the customer at delivery are non-refundable.

Refund Method & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds, less any applicable restocking fee, will be issued to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
